Position Details
Provide quality client centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for ADULTS living with substance use concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position /organization. Services are provided via in the community and office based/in person.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Masters (in licensable field) preferred
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Prior experience with / knowledge of Newaygo County resources
