    The Holiday Challenge 
    November 1st, 2020 - January 9th, 2021

    InBody measures Body Composition  - how much muscle, fat and water is in the body. 

    The Challenge is to maintain your body weight from the initial InBody assessment to the final InBody assessment throughout the Holiday season.  A point system will be used for maintaining body weight and body weight, body composition and completed workout submissions during the Holiday Challenge. 

    The top two winners will be determined based on the most points accumulated throughout the Holiday Challenge. 

    $10 from each participants' entry fee will be pooled and divided between the top two participants who accumulate the most points overall.  

    The Details: 
    Initial Assessments: November 1st- 7th 
    Final Assessments: January 5th - 9th 

    Registration
    Registration is required to reserve a spot for an Initial InBody
    Preregistration: Now- October 26th, $50
    Late Registration: October 27th - November 7th, $60

    The Point System
    Cardio: +3 points per week 
    Strength: +2 points per week
    Weight:
    +/- 3 lbs of initial weight = +  5 points
    - 5 lbs of initial weight = + 5 additional points
    - 10 lbs of initial weight = +5 additional points
    Body Fat Percentage: +3 points per percent body fat 
    Muscle Mass Gain: +3 points per pound of muscle mass gainded
