The 10-Week Challenge
InBody measures body composition - how much muscle, fat and water is in the body. The Challenge is to lose the most percent body fat in the 10-weeks. Two winners will be determined by the most change from the Initial InBody to the Final InBody assessment. $10 from each participants fee will be pooled and divided between the top two winners.
What is body composition?
Body composition is a method of describing what the body is made of. It includes muscle, fat and body water. When you're thinking of losing weight or simply want to see how healthy you are, you probably either step on a scale or calculate your BMI. These methods don't tell you anything about how healthy you are - all weight and BMI does is compare you to a standard that doesn't fit your individual goals. InBody accurately shows changes in muscle, fat and water.
